it is a fully functional cane...made by me personally in my residence--using ordinary shop tools
staff is 85% finished...just needs sanded & polycoated

a natural cured DOGWOOD SAPLING near 98-99% straight
this particular sapling has a natural rustic root ball handle 3.5 " x 2" thick Cane has all the knots & bumps you would expect from a natural sapling
the natural sub-bark WORM-TRACKS near bottom are left intact [see pic.]
there are NO KNIFE MARKS on this stick...bark hand-peeled after soaking
my logo is etched on top shaft
The handle is the actual ROOT-BALL 4.5" x 2"
because of the tall length, these are sometimes referred to a SCOTTISH CHROMACHS [parade sticks] -or- ARRON BIBILICAL STAFFS
stick is ALL-ONE-PIECE and can be used in your security

Just wanted to say the cane arrived this weekend and I LOVE it. I now understand what you meant by the extra length on the handle, but it sure makes the cane sturdy and strong! I think you captured the look of William Hartnell's cane extremely well and you're a scholar and saint for taking this on and knocking it out in such record time. Thanks so much again. Hi Tony,
I just wanted to let you know we received the Betty Boop walking stick on Thursday and my Mom began using it that evening. The true test was her taking it to the mall with her on Friday to meet friends. She said it helped tremendously and she wasn’t nearly as sore when she came home. She loves showing it off and has been taking it with her everywhere. J All her friends want to know where she found such a cute cane. It’s quite a show-piece for her. I’m not sure how I can thank you or tell you how much it means to me that she is happy to use the walking stick and that she is in less pain after her little outings. Plus I don’t worry as much about her losing her balance and falling. And, of course, thank you for sending it out so quickly. You’re a wonderful man that is improving the quality of life for many people, not only those that use your beautiful walking sticks but for their families that care for them as well.
