PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please note if you collect in person you will not be able to pay by Pay Pal.
In all cases items will not be sent out until payment has been cleared, therefore making PayPal the fastest way to receive your item.
ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card, Cheque (with guarantee card) or Cash on collection in Wembley or Cash @ Queensway, London W2.
Crossed and uncrossed Postal Orders are also accepted but please note uncrossed postal orders are sent at your own risk. Crossed Postal Orders and Cheques should be made payable to Trenmead Ltd.
Our aim is to ship all items within 1 business days of receiving cleared payment. On most occasions we will ship out the same day as receiving cleared funds.
OVERSEAS PAYMENTS

Only PayPal will be accepted from countries outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
RETURNS & WARRANTY

Before any return is made you must first receive an RMA number. To receive an RMA number you must request an RMA form via any of our contact options.
If a product is covered by our own warranty rather then a manufacturers it will be on a return to base basis. This means it will be the customers responsibility to return the item to our London based workshop. If found to be faulty we will repair / replace and send back free of charge. If we are unable to repair / replace then a refund will be made.
If an item is returned within the initial 14 day period it is required to be in the same condition as when it was sent out. If an item is returned for refund that is not faulty then the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was not originally charged then £8 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
In the case of manufacturers warranties please contact the manufacturer directly. Information to do this will be included with the product.

COLLECTION
Collection from our HQ next to Wembley Stadium is available @ the following times: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm / Saturday, 10am - 2pm
We can also arrange for the winning Item to be collected from our stand @ Queensway Computer Market, (London W2) which is open 7 Days a week. Details on how to get there and opening times can be found @ www.queenswaycomputermarket.com
DELIVERY

With the exception of items that need to be transported by pallet all deliveries in mainland England are sent on a next business day service by City Link couriers or Royal Mail / Parcel Force. Delivery's to non UK addresses are sent via Fed Ex on their International Priority service. If you need to save on shipping and not in a hurry we can also obtain a Royal Mail / Parcel Force price.
Please send your full address to receive a quotation for shipment to your country.
Please also note that some addresses (usually non mainland) will incur a £10 surcharge for shipping. If you believe this may be the case for you please email your full address so we can provide you with an accurate price for shipping.
Bellow is a guideline of delivery schedules for courier delivery. We do try to get orders placed after 3pm out for next day delivery but this is dependant on what time our courier collects. Very large orders may take an extra day depending on how early payment has been received.

TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are provided for all overseas deliveries.
UK delivery tracking numbers are also provided upon request for items sent by courier. If you select a Royal Mail for postage then there will be no tracking number.
