Urban Trading 30 days Returns PolicyOne of our main aim's is to ensure you receive the highest quality of product and service at all times, offering you, our valued customer a 100% level of service and satisfaction, should you have any concerns please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We offer a NO quibble returns policy on all items within 30 days of receipt; however returns for "Makeup", "Audio" or "Video recordings" "Computer software" items are not permitted unless they are sealed and unopened for hygiene and security reasons. For all other returns we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding P&P) to you upon receipt of the returned items. If your parcel is returned to us by our couriers we will notify you and issue you with a full refund. Please note that we cannot process any claims after 30 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 30 working days for any items that have not been received. All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, i.e. in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item received has been incorrectly sent, described or damaged in which case a FULL refund will be given including postage and packaging costs. We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us or get lost in the post. Once your item is returned to us we will process your refund or exchange immediately. If you have a problem with a delivered item including damages you must email us within 24 hours of the receipt of your goods and let us know your concerns. We will then be able to assist you as in some cases a return may not be required. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Please pay for all items within 3 days. Non- payment may result in an unpaid item case being filed with eBay. If you wish to combine your items please let us know and request a total once you have finished shopping. In the rare event that an item is unavailable a full refund will be provided. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal however we do also accept Bank Transfers from UK customers only. For International orders we only accept PayPal. All prices are inclusive of VAT and you will receive a VAT receipt in your parcel. All sales are "sold as seen" and prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and it has been received by us. Please note: It is our company policy NOT to accept personal cheques, under any circumstances. Cheques take a long time to clear and the delay in receiving funds can cause confusion sometimes for both parties. Please pay for all items within 3 days, after this time items we reserve the right to relist or sell the item to the next highest bidder. If you wish to combine your items please let us know and request a total once you have finished shopping. Non Paying Bidders: All bids will be considered and treated as a binding legal contract. We reserve the right to sell it to the next highest bidder or to relist the item. Failure to pay will result in a non-paying bidder action. All non-payment cases will be passed to our debt recovery division for follow up action. This may result in your suspension from eBay.
Bank Transfers Please let us know once payment has been made so that we can quickly dispatch your item once we have received the payment. Delivery is usually between 2-5 working days from dispatch. We can only dispatch items to the address you select as your shipping address upon checkout. If you would like your item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the additional address to your eBay account before making the purchase. Items sent via Standard Mail or Air Mail cannot be tracked unfortunately. International orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days but in very rare case please allow up to 20 days for European Countries and up to 25 working days for the Rest of the World. These are Royal Mail's constraints not ours and all UK sellers are governed by these guidelines. If after this time your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will process the claim from Royal Mail. Please be assured you will not be left out of pocket as a result of non delivery. Orders weighing over 1.5kg may be subject to an additional delivery charge, if you have any questions please contact us. Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All parcels will be correctly marked for Customs purposes.

If after this time your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will deal with Royal Mail for claims and you will not be left out of pocket. Can I have a tracking number?If you require a tracking number for your order please make sure that you have purchased a recorded or signed for service. For orders within the UK we can upgrade your shipping to Recorded/Tracked service for an extra fee. For International orders we recommend that you purchase Royal Mail International Signed For delivery if you require a tracking number. Items sent via Standard service or Air Mail cannot be tracked unfortunately. Do you combine shipping?Yes we do, the more you buy the more you save (excluding Free Shipping items). Please note once a payment is made we can not amend the total. We therefore ask that you request a total once you have finished shopping with us and before making your payment. We will then be able to combine your orders into one invoice with discounted shipping. What do I do if my item is received damaged?Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit. Please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement. Evidence of damage will be required in order for us to proceed with your claim, however you may not need to return the item. What if I have received the wrong order?Please contact us within 24 hours if you have received the wrong item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is incorrectly sent or not as described. We will either arrange a replacement item or refund to be sent. What happens if I purchase an item which is out of stock?We work very hard to ensure that this does not happen, however on very rare occasions errors are possible.
