Unless specified otherwise buyer pays shipping and handling charges. Published shipping charges are ONLY for standard shipping to the lower 48 states. International buyers please use shipping charge calculator. Hawaii , Alaska, and U.S. Territory buyers please contact us for S&H quotation. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after your payment is received/cleared. An email will be sent with tracking information (if applicable) when your item is shipped. Most lighter/smaller items will be shipped via USPS, while heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Returns must be arranged in advance. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of items(s) and must have our written Returned Goods Authorization Form with an RGA number clearly displayed on the return shipment. A copy of the RGA must be included. Returned item(s) must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. We cannot provide refunds for opened item(s) that are not defective. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective returned items, and buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs and insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition. All items returned to us are subject to inspection. Missing, damaged or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged immediately upon notification.
