Your purchase will be processed within 24 business hours upon receipt.  Please ask for a combined invoice if purchasing multiple items to receive a shipping discount.  We ship by USPS or FedEx for larger packages.  Your tracking number is automated and will be sent to your email address or the tracking number can be found in your Ebay console.

TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAY PAL ACCOUNT THAT WAS USED TO MAKE PAYMENT.

We accept credit or debit cards and bank payments safely and easily through Paypal.  Can't process your purchase through Paypal?  Contact Customer Service to make other arrangements.  We will be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Should there be a problem with your purchase, we will work together to find a solution.  Please contact us within 48 hours if a defective product is received.  We will send out a replacement, if available.  If the item is no longer in stock we will process a full refund.  Please email Customer Service to get a "Return Authorization" number and a return shipping label.

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of the item for a "Return Authorization" number. We will take back your unused item, complete with all packing, for a refund.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  If you ordered an item with free shipping, your refund will be less our cost to ship to you.
