The condition of this item is: Working and Tested with a 7 Day DOA Warranty

IT Remarketing provides a 7 Calendar Day Warranty against DOA on all items described as working. This warranty is provided to give you the opportunity to test the equipment, and begins on the date of delivery.

All shipments shipped to Texas and items that are picked up at the office of IT Remarketing will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax.

Buyers are required to provide payment within 1 week from auction close, unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may result in order cancellation.

We reserve the right to require secure payment for any item.

International sales over $1000 will only ship after payment has cleared.

Here are a few important notes regarding the warranty and terms of your purchase:

1. Unless explicitly stated in the eBay ad, please assume that the item you are bidding on is used/preowned.
2. Please do not assume that an item is included in the sale unless shown in images or explicitly stated as included in the text of the ad. In addition, items in the background of images are not included. For example, a power supply for a laptop will be included if it is either included in the foreground of an image or it is explicitly stated as included in the text of the ad. 3. IT Remarketing does perform limited testing on items and we are happy to answer any questions regarding the process and results of all testing. If you have specific questions that you would like addressed, please contact us before bidding, and we will do our best to answer them.
4. The buyer is responsible for all technical support on items purchased from IT Remarketing. We do not have the staff or expertise to offer technical support on any item sold on eBay.
5. The buyer is responsible for verifying the condition of the unit purchased from IT Remarketing within the warranty period stated in the auction. Items sold As-Is have no warranty. IT Remarketing cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to an item once the buyer takes possession of it, either through use or misuse or due to errors in the listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand, test, and finally use the equipment.

*** Refunds ***

6. As-Is items have no warranty and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
7. Refunds are only provided if a suitable replacement is not available.
8. The buyer must notify IT Remarketing in writing (e-mails qualify) of any problem within the documented warranty period to qualify for refund or replacement. IT Remarketing is not obligated to offer warranty services beyond the stated warranty period.
9. Return Authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact us at auctioneer@itremarketing.com for the RMA. Credit for returned item will be issued after the return of the defective product.
10. Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide tracking number via e-mail.
11. IT Remarketing does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer.
12. All defective items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Items that are damaged while in the buyer's possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In addition, items damaged by improper packaging when returned to IT Remarketing will not qualify for refund or exchange.
13. All sales are final and are subject to eBay policies.
