Customer Service and eBay Selling Policies		Your eBay bid is a binding legal contract and is subject to all terms and conditions. You actively agree to all these terms by placing a bid, an offer or purchasing any of my items. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms and conditions.
Please Ask Questions!		I am an eBay Trading Assistant and many of the items I sell are on consignment from my clients. In these cases, I am not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the owner to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer. I sell a very wide variety of items and therefore cannot be a expert on everything I sell, but items are described to the best of my ability. If you have any questions or concerns about an item I'm selling, please ASK QUESTIONS Before bidding! I will respond within 24 hours or less, if possible.
Payment Options		I accept PayPal or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX) via phone or email. I strongly discourage "e-checks" as they will significantly delay the processing and shipping of your order. PayPal e-checks take from 4 to 10 business days to clear before I can ship your items to you.
Shipping, Signature Confirmation Requirements		We normally ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment, whenever possible. FREE shipping is not free for sellers. The costs of postage, delivery confirmation or tracking, insurance, packaging materials and other overhead costs are simply included in the cost of your item instead of broken out separately. Please place your bids accordingly, based on comparing the total cost of the item to you, including shipping and handling. As required by eBay and PayPal, if your package is valued at over $250.00, it must be personally signed for upon delivery and can only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address. This additional signature confirmation charge from the carrier ($2.35) will be added to your invoice and must be paid prior to shipment.
International and Customs		International shipments must be paid via PayPal only. I regret I cannot offer free shipping on any international packages. I do NOT ship packages of ANY value via International First Class Mail for security reasons. All items valued at under $250.00 USD are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. If your item is valued at $250.00 USD or more, based on final sales price, I can only ship via USPS International Express Mail  or United Parcel Service (UPS) with a signature required for delivery (additional carrier fee of $2.35 USD). Please bid accordingly. There may also be import restrictions into your home country, such as value limits or restricted items like gold, silver, jewelry or precious metals. Please check for any that may apply to you from this transaction prior to bidding as I have no knowledge of or control over these factors and it is impossible for me to be an expert on every country. These restrictions are your responsibility. I am an honest person and obey the law, therefore I do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price or mark items as gifts nor will I falsify contents or value on Customs paperwork. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Return Policy, Procedure and Conditions		Not all items are eligible for returns. I offer returns on most items for purchase price only when eligible item is returned in the original, documented, undamaged and resalable condition, less a very low 15% restocking fee to partially offset the additional costs incurred when accepting returns. I cannot refund any shipping charges as they have already been spent on your behalf and at your request. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please contact me before returning any items to check eligibility, receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Due to the nature of antiques and collectibles, some imperfections are a natural part of the beauty of these objects. Therefore, ALL antiques or vintage items and all jewelry are sold in "AS-IS Where-IS" condition due to the inherent age and wear in all pre-owned items. There are NO returns on these types of items. All jewelry sales are Final. There are NO returns on Health or Beauty items for legal, hygienic and sanitary reasons therefore all personal care product sales are Final.
