IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE
We have tested all our freeview receivers on the latest equipment, please do not return items that are not operating correctly owing to your local conditions.
Some Freeview transmitters are, as yet, not all functioning on full power. This can cause some stations to freeze, jump, show blocks and various other symptoms. In some cases this can become apparent on recorded programmes and not when the channel is watched, this is due to a slight drop in signal strength for this secondary operation.
THIS PARTICULARLY APPLIES TO THE SOUTH EAST OF THE COUNTRY AS THIS REGION IS ABOUT TO BE FULLY UPGRADED TO DIGITAL AND SOME INTERRUPTIONS IN TRANSMISSIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED OWING TO ENGINEERING WORKS TO INCREASE SIGNAL STRENGTH.

This product is a graded return item; it is new and has been quality tested, the contents checked, and the item repackaged. There maybe some slight cosmetic marks. This item may have been used for display purposes, Mail order return, Carton Damage, Cancelled Trade Order, End of line, etc.
The internal packaging may not be complete, and bubble wrap and polystyrene chips may have been used to ensure the packing is secure. The user manual may be a photo copy.

Delivery
Items paid by Paypal, Postal will usually be dispatched within 24/48 hours. There is no shipping of items on non working days.
We reserve the right to ship items by the most efficient and economical method.
Insurance on shipping is offered as standard on most of our sales, A proof of dispatch will always be obtained.
Returns
If any faults, other than that described, become apparent within 90days from the date of purchase, you will be offered a replacement, or a refund.
All the original packaging, accessories, and copy of the receipt must be returned.
We will require you to obtain a returns authorisation from us, and this must be included with the returned item.
This applies to defects in manufacture and not damage or misuse.
In the unlikely event of items being returned for a refund, they must be complete with all packing and accessories, a charge will be levied to cover these costs if not returned complete.
We will apply a £10 re-stocking charge if the item returned is not faulty.
