    All products ordered are booked and sent to you within 24 hrs or (SAME WORKING DAY) this depends on the time you order the item and the payment has been cleared/received. We use Royal Mail (1&2 Recorded Signed For Service For small Parcels 0.2kg to 5 kg) and Parcel Force or DPD (24hr-48hr delivery for items 3-kg to 30kg) all services are normally next working day delivery however this is not a guaranteed delivery and therefore you must allow up to 5 working days. The item requires a signature and cannot be left unatended by the courier, the courier will leave a "Calling Card" in the even you are not avaialble to sign for the product, you must contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange a redelivery you have a cooling period of 3 days before the courier returns the item back to us.

    Small Pracels 0.3kg to 5kg Royal Mail service are delivered in the UK mainland and also Highlands, Scottland and N. Ireland at no extra cost so you will pay no additional postage.

    Large Pracels: Parcels 3kg to 30 kg are sent with Parcel Force & DPD these items are delivered at no extra cost in the UK Mainland however additional charges apply for other parts of the UK.
