We realize that most Ebayers are nice people who pay quickly and are excited about receiving their items and kindly request those serious bidders only. A few difficult situations have prompted the need for the following disclaimer which has been getting longer with my experience. Please don’t be offended if this does not apply to you. Winner to pay shipping and handling costs indicated in the auction except in the case of specials. All of my auctions indicate a flat rate amount for shipping within the continental U.S. If you can’t give me a rating of five for shipping and handling costs please don’t bid on my auctions. International buyers must pay for priority mail which carries insurance unless they agree to accept first class mail at their risk. Winner must give me the shipping address since ebay does not care what address you use to register with them. It is your obligation to make sure the package is being sent to the right address. If package is returned buyer to pay additional costs to have it redirected. If your ebay and paypal addresses are different I will ship item to the paypal address. I will be glad to answer any questions BEFORE end of auction. If you don’t hear from me after winning an auction please contact me. Sometimes I can’t get an email through or I may miss an ended auction. Payment must be received within 7 days of invoice. Non-paying bidder complaints will be filed. Paypal members must be verified with a confirmed address. Echecks require at least four days to clear. More experience. Please communicate with me. I do my best to accurately describe my items.
