3. Click “buy it now” FIRST; THEN add to cart.

4.Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional items.

5.When shopping is completed, click

“request total from seller ”THEN “commit to buy”.

6.Wait to receive an invoice BEFORE you pay.

7.If you don’t receive an invoice within 12 hours

POLICIES:

*Item(s) MUST be paid within 3 days of purchase or invoice.

An unpaid reminder will be sent and item(s) will be returned

to inventory if payment is not made within the 3 day period.

*We ship the same or next business day upon payment completion.

 Tracking information will be emailed when shipping label is completed.

*Items that qualify for returns can only be returned by notifying us within 14 days of delivery. We will supply a RA # to place on front of package.

Items returned without notification/RA # cannot be accepted and will be returned.

Buyer pays return shipping unless other arrangements are made.

No returns on wigs, food or sale items.

*International customers: please let us know if you need expedited shipping quotes

by providing your country, postal code and date needed by,

otherwise we ship 1^st class international and be advised shipping times vary greatly.
