About Us

We are an expanding enterprise located in Johnstown, PA 15904. We sell merchandise that includes items such as electronics, clothing, and household items that are used goods, store returns, overstock merchandise, shelf-pulls, and store displays.

About Our Items/Item Condition

Unless stated in the auction description, if an item is in its original box, all items are OPEN BOX. This means the boxes have been opened to test the items and verify the contents. We DO NOT know the history of our items beyond what we describe in our ads.

We attempt to obtain correct specifications from the manufacturer's website, if this is not possible, we will obtain specifications from other legitimate sources.

PLEASE READ: It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm compatibility/specifications with the manufacturer BEFORE placing a bid.

Warranties: Some of our items come with warranty information. Please note that we do not know what type of, if any, warranty the item actually possesses. We include the information if it comes with an item, but the warranty is NOT guaranteed to be valid with the manufacturer. We do not advise buyers to contact the manufacturer regarding any type of warranty as we are NOT authorized dealers or retailers, and we simply include the warranty information with items if it comes to us with them. However, we do recommend purchasing a warranty through square trade!

Payment

Payment, in full, is expected within 5 days from the close of the auction! If payment is not received within this time period, a Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed with Ebay regardless of contact between the buyer and the seller. Under no circumstances would we ask you to wire money. Beware of scams!!!

Shipping/Pickup

We try to get all of our items shipped within 2 business days. We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments. If items are not picked up or freighted within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item.

For local pickups, we charge a $5.00 pickup fee on weekdays (Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm) PER ITEM. Please bring the appropriate packing materials with you. We do not supply any extra packing. PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AND CLEARED PRIOR TO LOCAL PICKUP AND WE WILL NOT HONOR A LOCAL PICKUP FOR ITEMS UNDER $50.00!! Please contact us to schedule a pickup. A tracking number will be emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided.

Returns

Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon receiving them. If you find an issue, please contact us immediately. Please do not return an item before contacting us. Remember! Items sold "AS IS" are NOT eligible for return! These items are listed w/ the problems that we are aware of, but may also have further technical issues that we are unaware of. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for us to assist you with item issues. The buyer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee, shipping fee, and all of our eBay and PayPal fees. If the item is in a condition other than how it was shipped from our warehouse, the above stated refund will not be issued until, for example, the missing accessories are provided/returned to our warehouse or the cosmetic/functional damage repairs are paid for by the customer. For faster refund: when you return an item please include the e-bay item number and the reason for return when sending the item back to us.

We strive to ensure good customer relations. If there is a problem with your e-Bay transaction, please contact us before leaving a negative feedback and we will work with you to correct the problem.
