This is a SCARCE HIGH DENOMINATION Large Size Currency Banknote from Kowno in Lithuania during the German Occupation in WWI. This Banknote was issued by the State Loan Bank East for 1000 Mark in 1922. The Note has Vignettes of Mercury and a youth on the obverse and a Vignette of an Allegorical Industry on the reverse.
This Banknote has Green Signatures and is Catalogued as Pick-R134a. The Banknote grades in Very Fine Condition.
