What does your warranty cover and how is it different from the original warranty?
Inventory Adjusters watches are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase against defects in either material or workmanship. Inventory Adjusters will repair or replace, at the company's option, the movement of the timepiece if such movement proves to be defective. This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, bracelets, crystals, cases, or metal plating.
This warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, or neglect and is void if the watch has been opened or taken apart, or has been serviced by any party other than Inventory Adjusters Inc. Our warranty is patterned after the warranty supplied by a major Swiss watch company. At this time we do not offer an extended warranty but we are looking into this possibility.
How can you sell the watches at such low prices?
We purchase our watches from closeouts, bankruptcies, and overstocks in very large quantities. We also save on the cost of our product by not paying a premium price for box and papers.
