a HUNGA MUNGA throwing weapon from the POTOKWA  tribes from SAHEL at the head of the SCHARI RIVER, North Cameroon, hand beaten forged  iron blade, sharpened on the leading edges, the head of the blade stamped with the same pattern, similar to an armourers stamp and appears to have been punched with a stamp overall 30½ inches (78cm). The central prong is lifting and there is a small crack half way up the shaft. (to) #5297
