CHRISTMAS SHOPPING: Our last shipping date for guaranteed Christmas delivery of ‘in stock’ items is going to be Friday 20th December. We can provide a pre-Christmas delivery service on orders placed on Monday 23rd December, but this will be a charged service. Premium bikes that need PDI-ing and items held outside of our immediate reach will be excluded from these dates for obvious reasons.Please note: Rutland Cycling will ensure that orders are despatched for a Christmas delivery but courier disruptions (e.g. hazardous weather) are out of our hands. We will not take any responsibility for issues that arise because of courier delays.
Orders placed between 1st-23rd December will be eligible for an extended returns period. If your order is placed between these dates then you will have until the 31st January 2014 to return your items; these items must still be returned in an unused condition as per our current returns policy.
