Payment Terms
Preferred payment is through Paypal, though if paid through echeck it must clear before shipping. Other forms of payment accepted with prior arrangements.
The winning bidder will receive a notice from Paypal usually within 24 hours of close of auction, however it is not necessary to wait as faster payments equals faster shipments.
All secured methods of payment will normally cause product to ship the first available shipping day. I ship at least three times a week depending upon current sales traffic.
Payment is expected within 10 days of the end of the auction, or the item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback left.

Freight Terms
Freight is charged based on destination anywhere within the 48 states. Most items may be exported, however if international freight pricing is not indicated on the shipping tab then a bidder must confirm before bidding. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged by the carrier. We will combine items to save on shipping when possible, please alert me as soon as the first item closes and I will check on the combined rate. We produce all product to order and the normal lead time for production is 2-3 business days. Should time be an issue for your order please alert us at the time the order is placed or before.
Selling Terms
All KoolKat products are custom hand built so small variations may occur. All items are brand new. If there is a problem with the item you receive please contact me within 3 days of receipt, and I will do all I can to rectify any issue.
Warranty ndTerms
We will warrant against manufacture and component defects for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover miss-use or abuse. We will repair or replace a device upon our descresion. Once a return has been authorized the buyer is responsible to ship the unit back and we will repair or replace and cover the return freight. |
