Refurbished "A" or "O" Grade: Our highest cosmetic grade with only a few minor cosmetic defects. System is fully tested and functional.
Minor Wear "B" or "P" Grade: Fully tested and functional, just like the A Grade, but will have more visible blemishes, and is discounted accordingly. These could include slight scratches & scuffs, wear on the palm-rest and slight dimples in the top plastic. Any minor scratches & scuffs will be less than 2" long and any minor dent or hairline crack will be less than 1/2 inch and will not affect the functionality of the system.
Scratch & Dent "C" Grade: Has more minor scratches, scuffs, dents, cracks than a B grade system and/or moderate to major cosmetic defects. This can include paint removed on the body or work surface, missing or broken bezels, missing plastic parts, broken latches and hinges and stains that are permanent including paint, stickers, and ink. If the product has an LCD there could be less than 3 minor small scratches and 2-3 bad pixels. C grade products are discounted accordingly, fully tested and functional.

Recovery Media Not Included, But...Even most new computer systems no longer include "Recovery Media" (Disks or CD's used to restore your computer system to it's factory shipped state). Many do not even include Operating System disks. This is not specific to systems purchased from any one company, but now standard practice throughout the entire industry. Microsoft® no longer includes CDs with their Windows® software. Instead there is a System Recovery folder in your Start Menu that will allow you to create your own backup media.
