Combined Shipping: Shipping is free after first item when everything is paid for together in a single transaction. The single highest shipping charge applies. If you have problems combining items then please try shopping via the eBay.co.uk website and using "Add to basket".

Dispatch Time: We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours and always ship within two working days of cleared payment. You can check to see if your order has shipped by going to your My eBay page and looking for the icon.

Tracking: Please note that "2nd Class", "1st Class" and "International Standard" are not tracked services and so we cannot provide a tracking number. "Signed For" and "International Signed" do provide a tracking number. The tracking information available will depend on the postal service in the destination country. "International Signed" parcels cannot be sent to PO boxes except in the Middle East and Africa.

Customs: For countries outside of the European Union we will complete a CN22 Customs Declaration. Buyers are responsible for customs charges in their country.
