Here is wonderful and rare Popeye Toy. This is Popeye in rowboat from Hoge Mfg. Copyright 1935 King Features Syndicate. One of the most sought-after Popeye toys. Original oars and pipe. Rudder is a nice replacement. Decal is complete and very nice, marked "No. 268 Popeye The Sailor". Some darkening to figure and oxidation to bare metal arts. Measures 15" long. Wind-up working correctly. A neat early piece - don't miss this one, and please ask any questions. Buyer pays shipping (Insurance is included in the shipping and handling fees for this item - and that is why the shipping is so high. Buyer pays for shipping. When possible, multiple items will be shipped together to reduce shipping costs. PA resident to pay state sales tax of 6%.

And take the time to make sure you will get your item as safely as possible. Our shipping costs are reflective of that special handling.
We WANT to provide you with the lowest cost shipping. We charge the actual cost plus a small $3.00 handling fee. I usually ship priority mail as that is the fastest, however, if you would like First Class, FedEx Ground, or Parcel Post we can do that. Just remind me when you win, and we will make the adjustment to Invoice. You will not be overcharged for shipping,
