This cuff is completely handmade by Chester Lonjose. It measures just 1/4" wide - perfect for wearing with other cuffs and has an inside circumference of 6 1/2" including the 1 1/8" gap. The shank is heavy weight for durability, but should not be bent or squeezed in the area of the inlay settings. The finish is bright, and is hallmarked on the back.
