| We ship exactly as described in the auction. If manuals, software, packaging, etc. are not mentioned, they are not included. |
Check the package contents immediately upon receipt. If you have questions about the item you received, contact us: we will try our best to make it right.
Don't return items to us without a valid RMA number: we apply a 25% restocking fee for non-defective returns. |
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped, clearly show our RMA number on the outside of the package, must still still be in the original packaging, with all the padding, all the accessories.
Depending on our possibilities and stock, we will either:
repair the item,
replace the item, or
refund the item. |
