NEVADA MINE STOCK CERTIFICATES FOR "BIG-KAY MINING CO." c1950's Get a Pair of Them!!!
A Pair of Stock Certificates for the "BIG-KAY MINING CO.", incorporated under the laws of the State of NEVADA, Nov 4, 1957 as Amended Feb 18, 1958. They are blank and unissued so the exact date is not known. Printed in black with dark blue frame and some light blue underprint by GOES (Lithographing Co., Chicago). Shares were 25ยข and a Million Common Shares were to be issued as well as a Million Preferred Shares at the same price. I have Googled this mining company several times and found nothing; the closest I came was a vending machine company in Utah. Size not including the counterfoil is 11" by 8-1/2", with the counterfoil it is 15" long; and the other side is more legalize in black.

Then it is my responsibility to confirm with BOE that it is still valid. I contact the BOE annually to see if this policy has changed and it has NOT changed! (You also have the option of paying the sales tax and then subtracting it on your tax report as "sales tax paid for items put into inventory".)
