Picked this up at a small estate sale  It does work when plugged in and capable of receiving signals when signals are within range.  Dial light works and volume and tone controls work  The tuner works but the string that moves the dial bar in the window need to be restrung. The telescopic antenna works. Battery compartment is missing . 

This radio shows wear consistent with age. There are no operating instructions or booklets and is being sold as seen for parts or repair.  Happy to answer any questions  All forms of $$$ are welcome     Check my feedback and bid with confidence
