The 2013 DeMarini CF5 Hope is a limited edition fastpitch bat. It uses DeMarini's new TR3 F.L.O (Fuse Layer Optimized) Composite Technology, which is a cutting edge formation of DeMarini's infamous TR3 composite. This naturally chaotic, random fusing of carbon fibers has created a more compact carbon design, enabling DeMarini to create a stronger and lighter bat than ever before. Due to this increased strength, the swing weight has beed distributed perfectly throughout the bat. The improved balance on this bat allows for faster swing speeds so you can generate even more power.

The TR3 F.L.O. compsite, along with DeMarini's Half + Half construction, makes the CF5 Hope a revolutionary two-piece hitting machine. It silences feedback on off-center hits and has the largest, most responsive sweet spot in the industry. By flexing before impact and re-coiling with a burst of catapult-like energy, this bat can launch some serious bombs.

At the heart of the CF5 Fastpitch bat's Double Wall construction are two independent composite walls, separated by DeMarini Flex Film. This double wall design creates a trampoline like hitting surface with maximum spring effect, and a massive sweet spot.

To top it off, the CF5 Hope uses the Clutch End Cap. Developed for exclusive use with DeMarini composite barrels, this end cap works to return impact energy straight to the ball, thereby decreasing vibration and sting to the hands.
