Founded in 1997, and now with over 150+ stores across the UK and Ireland, Mountain Warehouse offer unbeatable value for money, quality products and the very
best customer service. Many of our products are sourced from the same factories as well-known brands - but because we sell direct to the public, we offer prices
up to 50% lower than equivalent products.
- If you place an order before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, we'll dispatch your order the same day.
- Anything you buy can be returned or exchanged within 28 days to any of our stores or directly to our warehouse.
- If a product is shown as available it's in stock and ready to be despatched.
Delivery
If we receive an order before 2.30pm Monday-Friday, we aim to despatch the order the same day. Orders received after 2.30pm will be despatched the following
working day. If you have requested our next day service your order will usually be delivered the next working day after despatch, on a signature delivery. Royal Mail First Class orders take 1-2 working days to arrive.
If you have requested UK standard delivery please allow 2 - 5 working days for deliveries from despatch. Please note this is not a tracked or guaranteed service.
If your order is urgent or valuable we recommend you choose our 24 hour service which is tracked.
Although we do our very best to ensure swift despatch and delivery, we cannot guarantee these times. Please note any order placed after 2.30pm on Friday will
not be despatched until the following Monday.

Please allow an extra day for certain post codes beginning with:
G63, HS1-9, IV3-11,14-28, 40-49, 51-56, 63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-50, 60-78, 80-88, PH30-44, 49, 50, ZE 1-3 and all addresses within the
Scottish Isles and Isle of Man. We still deliver to these areas with a standard service.
Please note the buyer is liable for any customs charges in the event that the destination country of the goods imposes import duties, tariffs or charges on your order. Mountain Warehouse has no control over these charges or any delay to your order whilst held in customs and charges may vary from country to country.
As the purchaser of the goods, you will be considered the importer by your country's customs authority.
There is no duty for the EU and the UK.

delivery is offered, it is for our standard service to the UK mainland only.

Returns
Online Purchases
- If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. After the 28 day period we are unable to accept a return unless the
product is faulty.
- You can return an item bought online instore at any of our 150+ stores throughout the UK or direct to our warehouse via the returns form included
with your delivery. Please note we are unable to accept returns into concession stores such as Coatbridge and Settle.
- For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging and in an unworn/unopened condition. In the case of footwear, this means the item
must not have been worn outside.
- To return an item instore, please view our store locator find a store near you. You will need the despatch note and confirmation email to gain a
refund or exchange. Please note the range instore may differ from that online and we advise phoning the store ahead of your journey to check availability.
- To return an item direct to the warehouse, please fill out the returns form included with your delivery and return with the goods to our warehouse.
- Returns sent back to our warehouse without a completed Returns Form or that are not 'as new' will be refused.
- The goods must be returned at your cost. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We recommend you
use recorded delivery to return any items to us as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
- If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect please contact customer service before completing the return.
