All items are shipped through USPS.
98% of items are shipped First Class or Priority.
We pay for Shipping Insurance on all items over $20.00 in value. This is to protect both of us for packages being mistreated during shipping. If you do receive a damaged item due to shipping, we will start a claim ASAP. The post office will contact you and you will be responsible for taking the item and the packaging to your local USPS for inspection. Keep in mind that we did not damage this item, but we will get it resolved with USPS. No Refunds on damaged item until USPS settles the Insurance Claim.
Big items are shipped Parcel Post so delivery will take a little longer than estimated delivery.

Returns
All Returns are handled case by case. If we mess up and ship wrong part, we will make it right. If by chance you receive a defective part, we will make it right. Although you may notify us of any problems with your item purchase, they will be handled case by case. We will need model number, original problem with your model, and problem with item purchase. ALL return packages without pre-authorization from us to ship back will be refused.
