Payment instructions
Cheque allow 5 working days for clearance, once we have banked the cheque as we do not bank daily, Bankers draft, Postal orders items dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Payment from outside the Uk must be through paypal. Any other form of payment will be sent back. Please note that our courier service work Monday-Friday up till 3pm so its advisable that you give an alternative address for delivery and a daytime contact number. Royal Mail Next Day Service/ Parcelforce 24 Hour
Items should be purchased before 2PM to be posted into the Royal Mail /Parcelforce network for delivery for next day.
If chosen after 2PM please note that items could take up to 1 working day for delivery.

Return Policy
Returned goods to be sent back in original box within 14 Days of receipt in the same condition as received. Consumer to return goods at their own expense. Faulty goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt. To Return an Item You Need to Call 01992 719 432 to receive a returns number, failure to do so could result in the item not being accepted.
