We operate a returns policy here at Deal Of The Day that we feel is fair to both buyer and seller. We always work with customers to come to a fair and convenient solution as quickly as possible. We deal with each return differently depending on the product and the circumstances it's being returned under. Please read the full return policy below before purchasing, if you have an item you wish to return please contact us via eBay and we'll do our best to help.

Our Return Policy

Items must be returned within: 14 Days of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods BEFORE any goods are returned. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase unused and in the same condition they arrived in with all tags and packaging intact, accompanied by a letter stating the reason for the return your eBay user name and the eBay item number. Do not return goods without first contacting us. Return postage costs are refunded at our discretion, except for unwanted items which are not refunded under any circumstances. Full refunds may not be given on any returned unwanted goods that have been installed or used, returned in poor or damaged condition, with missing packaging or any other reason that prevents them from subsequently being sold as new. If you do not agree to this these terms please do not purchase.

If the item is not as described, damaged or an incorrect item has been received we will refund the postage cost of the item to be sent back to us via the most economical postage or courier service plus any outward postage cost that you paid.

How long will it take to arrive? (UK Orders)

Orders are dispatched the same day if purchased before 1pm mon-fri otherwise it's the next working day. Your delivery should arrive within 1-2 working days for express services, 2-3 working days for standard services and 3-5 working days for economy services. You can check the estimated delivery date via your order in eBay. We can only control the dispatch date, once the parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service we have no control over delivery times.

How will I know it has been sent?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless the express service has been selected in this case 3 working days.

Any orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will be despatched the next working day (Monday).

It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
