We are a family business based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. We have been retailing footwear and accessories since 1987,we have a large and well stocked shop trading as Quinn's Footwear at 25 High St. Daventry NN11 4BG (01327 872033). We really try 'to go that 'extra mile' to achieve customer satisfaction. We are genuine UK registered company. VAT is charged where applicable. VAT receipt will be issued with all goods.

Payment can be made by PayPal or if you prefer you can 'phone our shop on 01327 872033 to make a credit/debit card payment.



Payment for item(s) won should be made through PayPal or to our shop within 7 days of purchase. All items must still be paid for within 7 days. If no payment is made within 7 days of the purchase, then an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to cancel the transaction. If you have any payment problems please inform us.

Postage 


Items are posted within 1 working day (or same day if brought before 3pm- Monday to Friday) on receipt of order and cleared payment. Goods are normally posted on a MyHermes Full tracked Service 2-3 days service or Royal Mail 1st Class (Depending on the item). If you are concerned that the goods have not been delivered please contact us. If you require a quicker service please select the Next Day Service.

you should automatically receive a tracking number via email however if you do not please Message us to request your Tracking Number. 




UK:

-Other 3 Day Courier will be sent via MyHermes by default but we do also use Royal Mail for the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. 

-Other 24 Courier (we use Royal Mail or DPD): 1 Working Day. 

-Collection in person: Please phone 01327 872033 in order to arrange collection 


International: 
 -International Standard delivery 5-7 Days

-international Express (DPD): 2-3 Days




What is the Delivery time? 


The delivery time may differ from service to service,but in some rare cases can be up to 5 working days (UK). For the rest of Europe the standard delivery times are 2-7 days but in some rare cases it can be 30 working days for Standard Delivery.
