Returns

We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that is unwanted. If the item is not wanted, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. 

For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail through eBay only.

We will refund the return postage once it is confirmed the item is faulty. Please send all unwanted items through second postage
In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered. Please send using the minimal; postage costs for returning the item, usually second class post.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.

We only accept PayPal payment as that is the fastest and safest way

We only ship to the address on Paypal. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances

ALL of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and can provide VAT receipts upon request.

Item Shipping 

We only ship to the UK only, including N. Ireland and the Channel Islands 

Products which are sent via courier for next day or 48 hour delivery, we will NOT ship to N.Ireland and any other off shore destinations.

• We only ship to the address on Paypal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the Paypal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances
• Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
• We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.
• Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.
