Description
This is a fantastic Fender Classic 70s neck that has been redone by Crosstown Customs to look and feel like a vintage 1970s neck. They go to great lengths to make sure the original Fender necks look like a true vintage part, and are great as restoration pieces, or to add a vintage look without a vintage price.
The Classic 70s necks are cut in the USA and sent to Mexico to be finished, so there are never any compatibility problems. It's been aged to look like a workhorse that's seen the world and lived to tell about it. The headstock has a repro patent number and the original finish and decal were aged to look like Nitro from the 1970s. The headstock on these guitars was the only place Fender shot Nitro, because the decals reacted to the poly they used. They also remove the serial number from the back and stamp it into the heel of the neck, so once it's on, it will look the part.
The nut is 1.650" and the neck has a decent sized U profile, with the thickness at the first fret is .861" and .918" at the 12th.
It's a great neck that was created to look this way, and it straight and true. There are no issues and it's ready for your project or 1970s restoration project.

Shipping
We like to support the USPS as out main shipping carrier, as they are fast and reliable, but we will consider other shipping methods if we are able to. If you are watching other items and would like to combine the items to save on shipping, please let us know and we'll make sure that if the items can fit safely in the same box, they will go together and the shipping price will be adjusted. Insurance and tracking is included with the shipping price.
To do out part for the environment we do not print invoices or packing for the shipment unless it's requested. Ebay does a great job of listing the information about the purchase on the details page.
