Vintage Vibe started in 2007 with two hopeful cousins who both invested £50 in creating a business together. Wendy had 20 years experience in furniture and home interiors and her cousin Lisa was an internet whizz with a brain for business.

Flash forward to today and VintageVibe is a popular online home boutique with a large warehouse, five family employees and 1,500 facebook fans!

VintageVibe stock a gorgeous range of bedroom furniture, antique furniture, home accessories, gifts and more! We are constantly adding new lines as we grow, but continue to sell our popular timeless classics.

We treat our customers as we would like to be treated and use a courier company that has the same ethos. We are very passionate about our products and are always happy to help.

ORDER TIMESCALE & AVAILABILITY
For our smaller items and candelabra we promise to get these to you within 48hrs using City Link Couriers. For larger more delicate items within 7-10 days of placing your order, you will be informed by telephone or email of a delivery date by our specialist delivery company. Wherever possible all goods are available from stock, however products are sometimes subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible should an item be out of stock, in this case you would be offered a full refund if you would rather not wait.

PRICES
Our delivery charges are:- £16.95 – This is for larger or delicate items that cannot travel with our courier service, this is for as many items as you order across the whole of the UK Mainland, and we cannot offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
£6.95 – This is for our smaller items and all our candelabra range as these can travel safely with our courier service, please call for a quote for deliveries outside the UK mainland including Islands and Highlands.

DELIVERY
Please ensure when placing your order that we have all contact numbers for you, our Furniture Delivery Specialists will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a date and time, without reliable numbers this is not possible. Every item is checked prior to dispatch, and will then be delivered to your door. Customers are allocated 20 minutes unpacking time to check the goods have not been damaged in transit. He will then ask you to sign to agree you have received them in perfect condition. We will not accept liability for damaged goods after the driver has left.

We have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have ordered you must inform us within 3 days of receipt and return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. We will give you a full refund less delivery and collection costs.

When ordering from VintageVibe ltd please take the time to measure your space to make sure your item will fit perfectly in your home to avoid unnecessary returns The measurements of each item are clearly displayed on the product page.

All our products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit however, due to the delicate nature of some of the products, something rarely may get damaged. Should there be a need to replace the product please contact Vintagevibe, as soon as you notice the damage, and we will gladly provide a replacement. The company will not be liable for any damaged caused by incorrect assembly. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt.

For all returns with the exception of faulty goods you will be required to pay the delivery and return costs.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit when you use your own courier so make sure you get proof of postage and insurance.

We can arrange to collect by courier the products for a charge of £22.50 for smaller items or £37.50 for larger items and furniture.
