We carefully package all orders to ensure safe shipment to you. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment.
Our deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or an Approved Courier, and we aim to deliver to mainland UK in 3-5 working days, everywhere else 7-10 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

If you need to return any item you can do so by sending the items back to us as instructed on your delivery note.
We can offer a full refund, or a replacement item.

Don't worry, you have 30 days to return unsuitable items to us:
If the item to be returned is unsuitable for your needs please complete the Returns form supplied in your delivery package. Please include the reason/s why you are returning the product(s) to us. If you have more than one item, please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note.
Please Note : For your convenience we have now increased your home approval period time from 7 days to 30 days.

If you would like an exchange for your product or a different size please put these details into the notes section. If we do have stock we will send this by return. If no stock is available we will refund you returned items to your PayPal account.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.

Very Clearance only accepts payment by PayPal - This is the fastest and most secure way for you to pay online.
