All items are sent via 1st Class Recorded mail unless another service is requested.

Shipping to the U.S. and Canada is via an International Signed-For service only and is currently priced at £14.00. - We do not profit from shipping fees. Do please be prepared to make allowances for delivery times during festive seasons and special holidays, etc.

 
You have the legal right to cancel orders placed with business sellers within 14 days of receipt of goods. You are responsible for safekeeping and for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We strongly recommend that proof of posting is obtained when returning items. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We refund full purchase price and outward postal costs, but not the cost of returning goods to us unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please be aware that whilst we will try to refund as soon as possible, this can take 10-14 days, in some cases, to complete.
