Due to the dramatic increase in price with Royal Mail prices.Your bought item will be sent via Royal Mail Or Hermes depending on the most economical means as per your post code as we try to pass the savings to our customers. If your tracking number ends with letters "GB"  it means your item has been dispatched via Royal Mail and your tracking id contains just the numbers your item has been dispatched via Hermes. You can track the parcel at www.myhermes.co.uk and track.royalmail.com respectively. We post the item same or next working day depending on the purchase time after the payment has been received.

                 If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail / Hermes sorting office . The card will always be left in your letter box. Please contact the relevant courier to reclaim your item. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
