We hate overcharged postage its one of our own pet hates so dont be afraid to ask for the cheapest postage if you are not satisfied we sometimes make a mistake but we will always try and give you value for money. We will combine postage costs where ever possible and we post within 24 hrs of received payment normally leaving each day at 10am The royal mail have really tightened up their claims process so sadly we are no longer able to offer a refund for any items that are lost or go missing in the post BUT .. ..we will always obtain a proof of posting receipt which we will be happy to send to you for you to make a claim and assist in any way we can therefore you will never ever be OUT OF POCKET.!!
