FREE P&P ON ALL ADDITIONAL ITEMS (UK ONLY)

All orders are mailed the following worknig day (Monday to Friday) using the shipping option that you choose.

We charge the rate for the item with the highest shipping cost in your basket. All other items ordered and paid for in the same basket are shipped FREE OF CHARGE, i.e. at no additional cost. These must be checked out through Ebay as one order.

Dependent on the weight and dimensions of your order, we will chose the best postal service to use. This will be based on the service level you have selected, this could be Royal Mail or a courier.

You will generally be offered two levels of service. "Economy" will use RM48 (was Royal Mail 2nd class) or similar and the "Standard" option will use RM24 (was Royal Mail 1st class) or similar. Please remember that all order are mailed the day after you place your order. The Royal Mail option may be replaced, at our discretion, with a similar or superior alternative based on the size and weight of your order.

Although we are able to offer a next day service on our website, we are unable to offer this service on Ebay, sorry.

OVERSEAS

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Airmail or a similar service. As the service offered by Airmail varies widely from country to country, please check with the postal provider in your own country for the length of time and Airmail parcel will take from the UK. However. we can indicate that this is 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 days to the rest of the world. Please remember that all orders are mailed teh day after you purchase.

On overseas orders we charge the P&P price for the highest rated item and 50% of all other P&P costs.

You will note that some goods are not available for delivery outside of the UK (Ebay will block you buying these), this is in view of weight, dimensions or export restrictions.

Although we are able to accept card, BACS and Paypal payments on our littlecraftybugs website, we only accept Paypal on eBay.

If you do not have a Paypal account you will be able to use this as a guest using your debit or credit card.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and you are responsible for the return postage costs.  Please contact us from the item in eBay before making any returns.
