U.S. Shipping:
All packages ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail including delivery confirmation number with every order. We ship fast most within 1 business day after payment has been received. We offer combined shipping when multiple items have been purchased and can all be shipped in the same package, once you are finished shopping please wait for us to send you a modified invoice before making payment.
International Buyers:
All International items less then 4 pounds are shipped via USPS First Class Air Mail. Items over 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the receiving country. We will not lower the value of an item or mark it as a gift to avoid customs fees as U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Tracking is not available unless you upgrade to USPS Express or Priority Mail International shipping. Please note: occasionally a delays may occur through customs security that can take up to 6+ weeks for an item to arrive. Typically items arrive much sooner but please understand it is out of our control and your patience is greatly appreciated. We are NOT responsible if item lost/damaged or customs delays during the shipping transaction and a PayPal dispute cannot be filed. Returns:
We work very hard to ensure our item descriptions are detailed and complete. We list condition, sizes, colors and measurements when applicable. We also try to list ALL the features of any given product. We try to make the descriptions very clear and easy to read and understand. We also include exact photos of every listing for every item listed. But...if you are not satisfied with your item it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, providing it is in the original condition that it was sent in. You need to first contact us before the item is returned. The shipping charges will not be refunded, and for items with free shipping the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for the returned postage. The refund will be issued once we have received the item back in it's original condition with tags. We will ask that buyers agree to cancel the EBAY transaction for refunded items.
