NB: comes with original, signed letter from Sir Kenneth Corfield dated 12th May 1987. This was posted after he had examined the camera for us. He mentions the serial numbers of both the camera and lens, that it was a very early example and is pleased how well it had survived the 34 years since production (now 64 years!). The camera has been in storage since 1987. It has not been restored or altered in any way.

Serial Number 1986 ORIGINAL PIGSKIN MODEL CORFIELD periflex with 5cm f3.5 LUMAX lens Nr 2071.........this CAMERA uses L39 Leica screw system lenses.  Lens works OK, focus smooth, apertures OK, optics have some very slight marks/signs of age. Nice example with box, finder and instructions.

Shutter working OK and blinds in good shape. Periscope finder has some signs of age but  works OK, does have slight dust marks inside. Generally in good condition and fully usable 35mm film camera.
