*All our cartridges come with
1-year shelf life / 1-year defect free warranty:
- We test every cartridge thoroughly
before it is shipped from our warehouse. Nevertheless, if
our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will
replace it at no extra charge.
- If the product is found to
be defective after 30 days from delivery date or 15% or more
of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value
of the cartridge based on usage. We will ship a new replacement
cartridge out and the customer will be charged for the price
of new cartridge less the prorated value of defective.
- If the cartridge is bought
less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the
replacement. Otherwise, customer will be charged for the shipping.
