    RETURN POLICY:



    • Customer has 7 days to inspect the product & report DOA (deal on arrival). Any DOA issues must be reported within 7 days through EBAY message.


    • For any reason, during 7 days inspection period, customer returns product and dont want the replacement, product will be restocked with 20% restocking fees.


    • RMA number is required for all refunds or returns. Packages without the RMA# will NOT be accepted.


    • After 7 days of inspection period, item can only be exchanged under warranty (see "Warranty" section), and item must be returned in ORIGINAL condition.


    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.


    • The Shipping and Handling charges are NON-refundable under any circumstance.


    • For wrongly ordered products, buyer must pay 2-way shipping cost for exchange, or restocking fees. For any UNDELIVERABLE address, buyer needs to pay re-shipping charges.
