• RECEIVED WRONG ITEM/NOT AS DESCRIBED:

• DOA/ DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:

We get our stock in bulks from factories and we might not be able to check them all. There is a little chance that the item could be DOA.

We will ask for a return of the item and we will REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY WITH THE SAME ITEM. SAME ITEM.

RETURNS:

If you feel like you have to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide an RMA Code and we can conduct necessary actions when we receive the item you returned. Please refer to the RETURN POLICY under the SHIIPPING AND PAYMENTS TAB for more info.

CANCELLED TRANSACTIONS:

We can cancel transactions, just let us know. If the purchase was a mistake or by change mind etc. we charge 15% restocking fee.
