INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (INCLUDING CANADA)
1) Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding/buying.
2) Our standard method of International Shipping is via USPS First Class International which is a standard service WITHOUT an insurance option OR GUARANTEE of delivery. With International packages, without insurance, we are only responsible to prove that the package left the US POSTOFFICE. We would NOT GUARANTEE the holdup OR LOSS in international travel or customs. If you would like info on an expedited service (Priority International) Which INCLUDES INSURANCE please let us know.
3) Most items outside the U.S. arrive between 2 weeks and 2 months (sometimes sooner J) after shipping. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed of shipping once the item is mailed by us. We process your order very fast (most of the time within 3 business days) and cannot track your item once it leaves the U.S. We cannot give you estimated time of arrival for your parcel-we can only tell you that the AVERAGE time is 2-6 weeks. Please be patient.
4) PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY - Our procedure for claims & lost item refunds - Our insurance company requires us to wait 45 days after shipping to initiate an insurance claim for lost articles (proved non-delivered items). If your item has not arrived within 45 days of shipping date-we will need a signed letter (not an email) from you in ENGLISH stating that the item did not arrive. As soon as we get this letter from you - you will get a full refund including shipping on your item that was lost via your original payment method. |
