For orders including more than one item, the shipping fee of first item must be paid in full but 1.00gbp will be deducted for each additional item, please request an invoice if you have more than one product.

For example: you bought 3 products, their shipping fee are 2.99, 3.99 and 2.99, then the combined shipping fee will be 2.99, 3.99-1, 2.99-1, SAVE 2gbp only by one click.

We ship to worldwide, except China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Italy.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 48-72 hours after receiving payment.

Orders of 70gpb or above (including shipping fee) will be shipped with Express Delivery (5-10days); Orders under 70gpb, only pay extra 7.99gbp to get the same shipment.

The parcel will be shipped through Airmail, usually it will takes about 2-3 weeks for European, US, Australia customers. For the other countries, the shipping time maybe one week longer. Please contact me if the parcel is not delivered on time.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are unhappy with the items you got, you may return the products within 21 days of delivery for a refund, but buyer are responsible for the cost of returning.

How long will it take to answer my email?

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow a little longer if you email us over the weekend.) if you do not get repsonse after 48 hours, please kindly resend it.

Are your items also available with Buy It Now format? I do not want to wait.

Normally, all my auction listings also have BUY IT NOW listing, you can find the product ID in description area then search it within my store, if you can not find it, contact me.
