THIS ITEM IS GUARANTEE AGAINST DOA
Any defects must be brought to our attention within 5 days
after receipt of item, and the defective part must be returned to us at the buyers
expense for inspection and/or repair or replacement. This also applies
to the shipping costs for warranty parts replacement.
We reserve the right to replace the defective part with a similar/compatible
or better part within a reasonable period of time, at our discretion.
Cosmetic condition and descriptions are subject to our determination and are
NOT a warranty issue. Minor scuffs, scratches, scrapes, marks, etc.,
which don't affect the functionality of the item are normal in any previously
owned item and are to be expected. Any cosmetic flaws will be
described as noticed by our eBay Lister, ALL of our auctions are
for USED parts unless stated otherwise
Refunds are only available if there is no replacement or similar/compatible
product in our inventory to replace a defective part, Or if the item was
accidentally misrepresented in the ad. This option is solely at our
discretion but we are always fair and we work hard to preserve our
excellent feedback rating.
If a Guaranteed product is returned to us, and is tested Good by
our certified technician or can be repaired in a timely manner,
A 20% Restocking fee will apply to any and all returns,
or the product may be returned to the buyer at our expense.
