Payment must be received within 5 working days of purchase by Paypal only. If payment is not received within 10 days of purchase then a Non-Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed.
Goods will be dispatched immediately upon cleared payment. For the majority of items (e.g. jewellery making findings and beads etc.)you will pay the full postage price quoted for the first item and only 10p for any additional items (UK) and 50p (Overseas). If you order several items I may be able to reduce the postage even further so it might be worth requesting a total before paying and I will calculate if I can offer you a further discount on postage costs.
Refunds will only be given if goods are found to be faulty or not as described.
