Pay Anytime Within Two Weeks

Once the item is bought we reserve it for two weeks. Payment can be made at any time up to two weeks after buying and we post next working day after payment clears.

60 Day Returns Policy

Items can be returned for any reason within 60 days, we'll send a replacement* or, if you prefer, a full refund upon receiving the original back. Items returned to us must be unused and return postage must be paid for by the buyer unless the item is found to be not as described.

Very occasionally shoes are lost in the post, again we will arrange for a suitable replacement* to be sent but first ask you wait two weeks from the date of payment to be certain the original item was in fact lost.

*The replacement pair can be of a different size if requested and when no suitable replacement can be found then a full refund will be given.

Fast Shipping

We despatch all items within one working day of receiving cleared payment, all orders sent within the UK are posted with Royal Mail using the postal service you specify in checkout. Where orders are needed quickly and/or a tracking number is needed we recommend selecting first class post or first recoreded delivery respectively.
