The original documentation along with the J1 20pin cable will be included. This device was received to us as unused Government Surplus. It has been in storage for an extended period. Nonethless, this device along with its accessories, are in perfect unused condition.	The ICT-101 tests various digital IC's relative to their logic function. Therefore, it will test 7400, 74L00, 74LS00, 74ALS00, 74H00, 74HC00, 74S00 equally.		It also tests a various number of mil spec IC's, Generic, Motorola, National Semi, Texas Instruments, Signetics, & Fairchild. Some of these devices, will require a 24 Pin Test Cable (Only 20 Pin Test Cable is included).
