COMBINED SHIPPING Combined shipping on PRESALES If you are purchasing presale comics and you request a combined shipping invoice, we will have to wait until all of the comics are released until we can ship them out. If you want them shipped as they are released, just pay the original shipping costs and we will ship them to you as they arrive. US BUYERS: SHIPPING COSTS All our US items are shipped by USPS using MEDIA MAIL. Although we are located in Canada, our packages are driven across the border and shipped within the US. Because of this, you will pay no duty on anything you purchase from us. A USPS tracking number will be uploaded to your item as soon as it is packed. To track your package, please copy and paste the number to the usps website. SHIPPING ON LARGE ORDERS to US CUSTOMERS Due to certain custom rules that our carrier has to follow, we are not able to send over 200 dollars per day to one buyer. So if your purchase is greater than 200 dollars, we will have to split up your order and send them a day apart. CANADIAN BUYERS: SHIPPING COSTS If the shipment is 4 comics and under, we ship via Canada post letter mail and the comics are placed between two pieces of thick cardboard and then placed in an envelope. For shipments of 5 comics or more, we use a different carrier and they are placed in a sturdy, cardboard envelope. Delivery from time of shipment can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks and tracking is not available though both of these methods. TAXES: We are required to charge taxes on all Canadian orders and the tax rate depends on your province of residence. Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are charged 13% HST. BC is 12% and Nova Scotia is 15%. Any other province is just 5% GST. For graphic novels, taxes are just 5%. Local Pickup: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate local pick for the foreseeable future. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: SHIPPING COSTS We ship to everywhere in the world for a relatively low cost, more than half the price than either Canadapost or the United Sates Postal Service. Delivery takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks from time of shipment and we ship all comic orders in a sturdy, large cardboard envelope.
